Probably they only saw that one screenshot and with the background combined it doesn't look too good.
But who cares, ppl who use it know it is as accurate as their mock-up. And it is working great, I don't see a difference between this version and theirs.
Anyway, at least this version is working (and free), theirs isn't. And them not knowing IF and when it will come out doesn't really help their presentation.

OK I've always installed this 235 theme natively (put files into Library/Lockinfo) but now on iOS4.0.1 it just crashes the springoboard all the time. Any advise from the devs? Or should I just use the much more inferior Element theme? Thanks!
